Farvane uses exactly two cookies, both first-party (never third-party) and strictly necessary for the site to work — there is no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookie of any kind.
Why is there no cookie banner?
Cookie regulations (the ePrivacy Directive, and Spain's LSSI) require prior consent for non-essential cookies — analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking. Farvane's two cookies are strictly functional (they adjust how the interface looks to you, they don't track your activity or get shared with anyone), so they don't require that prior consent. Adding a banner anyway would be friction with no real legal function. If Farvane ever adds analytics or advertising, this page and the corresponding banner will be updated before they're switched on.
