The service

Farvane provides a form-processing service: it processes submissions from the HTML/JS forms you configure, filters spam, and delivers each submission to you by email and, if enabled, by webhook. Creating an account or using dashboard.farvane.com means you accept these terms.

Account and plans

The Free plan needs no card and is limited to 500 submissions/month with 30 days of data retention.

Pro and Enterprise are paid monthly plans (€9.99 and €19.99 respectively), with webhooks, domain restriction, and 365-day retention. Enterprise adds team management (up to 5 members).

You can change plans or cancel at any time from Billing & usage in the dashboard.

Billing

Payment for paid plans is processed through Stripe or Paddle, depending on the active gateway. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for the transactions it processes.

Cancelling a paid plan returns you to Free at the end of the already-paid period — no partial refunds unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not use Farvane to send spam, illegal content, phishing, or any unsolicited bulk messaging — Farvane's own spam filter exists precisely to prevent this in the other direction (protecting you from malicious visitors), and misusing it to attack third parties is prohibited.

You are responsible for the content and lawfulness of the data you collect through your own forms, including obtaining any consent needed from the people writing to you.

Availability

Farvane does not guarantee 100% service availability. [PENDING: data from the account holder — see specs/15-legal-and-trust/requirements.md] — specific service level (SLA) for the Enterprise plan, if a formal one is offered beyond the priority-support target.

Limitation of liability
